The Basic tension system
is one of bodylastics three workout systems they offer at this time and
it is also the most cost effective one you can purchase.
This being there smallest system and there cheapest makes for a great
starting point for anyone wanting to start working out with bands for a
home workout or if your traveling.
They still offer a good amount of resistance and a great starting point
but if you require alot of resistance take a look at the Max tension or
Terell Owens band reports.
